I’m am very pleased to announce that Avivit Yoffe has joined Beit Rayim as our new Principal and Director of Youth Education and Engagement.

Yeladim
JK - Grade 4

Our Yeladim program provides our JK to Grade 4 kids an opportunity to get involved in Beit Rayim's youth programs, make new friends and learn something new in a fun and creative way.

Our Yeladim program has been strong for many years and we look forward to another successful year. We have many exciting and new programs planned.
Past programs have included Karate, "Candles & Cookies", "Pajama-rama", Sportball and Bowling to name a few. With programs planned monthly from October to May we are sure to get your kids interested and involved. We look forward to getting to know your children and having fun along the way!

The Yeladim programs often follow Sunday Hebrew School classes, allowing parents to drop their children off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon after a full day of learning and fun.
Our programs are exciting and educational and we make an effort to incorporate the various Jewish Festivals and Holidays in our plans.

For more information about upcoming events, please contact us at [email protected].

Be sure to check the Beit Rayim website calendar regularly, for upcoming youth programs and information.

Kadima
Grade 5-8

The Kadima youth are Beit Rayim's pre-USYers. Our Kadima program provides our pre-teens with an opportunity to get involved in Beit Rayim's youth programs, make new friends and learn something new in a fun and creative way.
Our goal is to have some joint Kadima/USY programs to introduce the Kadimaniks to the USY culture as a way to encourage them to continue on with USY.

Last year we had great success at a number Kadima programs. This year our goal is to increase participation at shul and regional programs and to encourage youth to get involved in the shul and/or the Jewish community at large.
Our annual Sukkah Limo Hop has always been a popular program and fills up quickly.

The Kadima program provides pre-teens a chance to mix socially in a positive Jewish environment. Jewish activities and social activities are geared to the unique needs of this in-between age.
We sometimes join with our USY chapter for special events or with Kadima youth from neighbouring synagogues. Involvement of our children in the Kadima program is extremely important in encouraging our youth to remain connected to the Synagogue and their cultural heritage.

For more information about upcoming events, please contact us at [email protected].

Be sure to check the Beit Rayim website calendar regularly, for upcoming youth programs and information.

BRUSY - Beit Rayim USY
Grade 9-12

Beit Rayim USY (BRUSY) is an exciting youth group for high school students. It provides our teens with an opportunity to make friends, learn about Judaism and participate within the shul community and Jewish community at large. USY is the youth section of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. The goal of BRUSY is to offer a fun variety of programming which brings in religion and education, Israeli programming, social action work, as well as many other fun programs. Our annual Sukkah Limo Hop has always been a popular program and fills up quickly. Please note that you do not have to be a member of Beit Rayim synagogue to be a member of BRUSY. If you have friends that are interested in getting together with other Jewish youth for exciting and educational programs, feel free to have them join our chapter.

USY is run by an elected student executive that is responsible for all programming under the direct supervision of our Youth Advisor. Some activities will raise Jewish issues challenging today's youth, some will encourage participation in the Jewish community, while others are great social events planned just for them.

For more information about upcoming events, please contact us at [email protected].

Be sure to check the Beit Rayim website calendar regularly, for upcoming youth programs and information.

We have a new policy that requires all children participating in any Beit Rayim Synagogue and School activities must have a signed waiver form.
It is required by our insurance provider.

Please download the waiver form

and send a signed copy to our office as soon as possible.
